Directed by S.Shankar ” Shivaji – The Boss” has gone for a clean sweep in the Box Office hit. Shankar had given a fantastic try on the Kollywood’s forever Super star “RajniKanth” with style and sophistication. Music is by A.R.Rahman, whose work is undoubtely the best.

As Shankar always looks for glamourous actresses in his movie, “Shriya Saran” has been the perfect choice for this Shivaji. The Super star ” Ranjnikanth” and Hot Chick “Shriya Saran” takes the lead role though Shriya is not given much importance.
The others have done their roles up to the mark with “Raghuvaran” in guest appearance. And worth mentioning, “Suman” has done a terrific Villian role for “Shivaji”. he has givenequally a superb performance.
The Story Line
The whole story revolves on one aspect of Money not being utilised and distributed in a proper manner by the government. Rich people sta richer forever and the poor people stay down the layer. Shankar had already tried this concept in “Gentlemen” and now again in “Shivaji” with a tremendous actor like Rajnikanth.
In this film, Shivaji returns to India who works as a software analyst in USA. He wishes to start the Sivaji Foundations for almost Rs.200 Crores which is gonna create problems to Suman’s business. There starts the clash. Ultimately Sivaji then tries to teach him a leason thereby lifting up the the backward class people by providing education with a touch of hilarity in Vivek’s Style.
