The Director of “Yavarum Nalam”, Vikram K Kumar, had tried something different and new in the Indian movie industry . A thriller concept which no one has thought of. An unusual horror movie that had a thrilling experience from the start till the end.

Starring “Madhavan” as Manohar and “Neetu Chandra” as Priya in the lead roles has done justice to their part along with all other 6 members of the family viz. ‘Saranya’ as Mother, ‘Hari Nair’ as elder brother, ‘Ameetha’ as Sister-in-law, Madhavan’s niece, nephew and his younger sister.
Everyone has played their part to what they were expected of and the performance was just up to the mark. This has lead to the success of the storyline.
The Plot
The plot goes like this when Madhavan and his family members get shifted to a new flat with door no. as 13B which is situated at 13th floor (Spooky!!!). As everybody expects new and good things to happen in a new home, the same was expected by Madhavan and his family members. The ladies in the family were a TV serial maniac and started watching a new serial in the name “Yavarum Nalam”.
Unexpectedly, strange things started happening in their new home. The events happening in the family went in sync with the serial they were watching. Unaware of this the movie continues in search of a series of questions on what’s wrong and why??
